Greetings from Zambia! We are up early today, some of the team is cooking omelets. Last night we had some grilled burgers. A few guys are going to the grocery, and Justin is going to a football (soccer) match some of the Zambian students will be playing.
Mark Taylor will have to explain his bathroom spider experience....

Some team members cooking breakfast...how about Joe and Mike creating awesome custom omlets...I think I am going to gain weight for the first time in Africa...Just think Stephanie T. is coming to cook...it is only going to get better...looking forward to a great week
Mapepe Joe's cooking has been fabulous. He is going to make sure some of the thinner members of the team don't waste away. The omelets that he and Dr. Mike fixed this morning were top of the notch!
